How I can help

Before becoming a Social Worker, I spent many years working as a nursing assistant and phlebotomist. I worked in memory care units, adult foster care homes, outpatient labs, and several hospitals. During grad school I was a Cannon Fellow which focused on integrated healthcare. This meant my internship and for many years post-grad I worked collaboratively in healthcare settings with doctors, nurses, techs, and psychiatrists. This background has provided me with a unique understanding of what it is like to be a healthcare provider.

What you go through on a daily basis, you deserve a time and space that is just yours. To be able to function at your job, to be a better friend, parent, partner, you have to learn better ways to handle it all. In sessions with me I offer a truly non-judgmental space to get it out. Talk about your boss working your last nerve, insurance denying life saving care, or losing a patient.
